Looking to meet the needs of the new Australian Curriculum Cross Curriculum Priority – Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Histories & Culture? Students can explore Corroboree at Dreamworld, an interactive walk through attraction, as general guests or have an exclusive program delivered by their very own Indigenous Interpretation Officer.


Programs commence at 9.30am or 10.15am with groups needing to arrive at Dreamworld General Enquiries approximately 20 minutes before your scheduled program. Suitable for all age groups.

Welcome to Country - Guided Tour of Dreamworld Corroboree

Capacity: 10 - 150 Students

Jingeri! Take your students on a tour of Dreamworld Corroboree, showcasing the world’s oldest living culture, Australia’s Indigenous people, and their connection with the land and animals.
Enjoy a private screening of ‘Creation of the Gold Coast’ – a film gifted to Dreamworld from the local Yugambeh people, delivered in a replica ‘humpy’ - and hear Indigenous stories from around Australia. Your dedicated Interpretation Officer will provide an interactive display of fire creation and traditional music, and teach your students about traditional Ochre face painting, rock art and Aboriginal symbols. Explore animated Indigenous films, digital dot paintings, tribe boundaries, and historical timeline.

Learn about the tools that helped Aboriginal Australian's survive in the harshest continent for over 50,000 years; such as boomerangs, shields and spears. Find out what they were made of, how they were made and how they were used.

Yarning Circle

Length of Tour: 25 mins
Capacity: 10 - 300 Students
Cost: $60 flat fee for each group of 25 students + entry per person. Larger groups may be entitled to a discount on specialised talk.

Come and have a yarn with an Interpretation Officer, and learn about topics such as connection with wildlife, plants and natural events or traditional lifestyle, protocols, men’s and women’s business. Talks can also include reconnecting to culture for Indigenous students.
