So you've just purchased a pass...You've just taken the first step to a season of fun by purchasing a Dreamworld Pass, so what now?
1. Check your email, your e-pass should have been sent to you
2. Arrive at Dreamworld and head to the front gate
3. Finish your registration with one of our Guest Services team members and get your official passholder hard card. You'll want to get your hands on your pass hard card so you can start swiping away for passholder discounts.

There are some advantages of being an Annual Passholder such as enjoying unlimited entry to Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint over the term of your pass, but you can also enjoy some great Passholder benefits.If you have recently bought a Pass, the first step is to make your first visit to Dreamworld, present your temporary e-ticket for entry and make your way to the Passholder Centre to finalise your Passholder Card.

Conditions
SEASON AND ANNUAL PASS
A Season Pass or Annual Pass entitles the bearer to flexible entry to Dreamworld, WhiteWater World & SkyPoint Observation Deck until the expiry date listed on the pass.
SkyPoint Observation Deck becomes an over 18 years venue on Friday and Saturday Night after 8pm.
Excludes entry to ticketed special events. SkyPoint Observation Deck is subject to altered trading hours and deck closures for private events.
Pass is not transferable and cannot be given to anyone else to use.
Lost or stolen passes will incur a $5 reprint fee at time of issue.
No upgrades available.
Passholder benefits are available online at Passholders. Offers are only available upon presentation of a valid current pass.
By purchasing online, each Passholder agrees to be contacted by Dreamworld with information regarding their pass and associated benefits. Passholders may unsubscribe at any time by contacting Dreamworld or using the unsubscribe option on the received emails. Passholders who unsubscribe will not receive any further communication, including information regarding Passholder benefits, exclusive offer, Passholder events, give-aways or renewal offers.
Children (0-2 years) receive free admission to Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint Observation Deck. Once your child turn 3, they will require a ticket or pass to accompany you into the parks. If your child turns 3 before you pass expires please consider purchasing a pass now while this offer is available. This offer is only available for sale period. Dreamworld cannot confirm what offers will be available after this sale period. For further information please enquire at Guest Services when you register your pass.
