  • ADMISSION TICKETS:
  • Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. All tickets are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party for re-sale. (Special circumstances may be reviewed under Management discretion.)
  • Government issued pension card must be provided on entry.
  • After completing your purchase you will gain access to an online page confirming your order. You will also receive 2 emails including your invoice and your E-tickets. Please print your E-ticket and present, as per instructions on the ticket. Alternatively your E-ticket may be presented on a mobile device.
  • Entry is granted by presenting, a printed E-ticket or displayed on a mobile device, a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the ticket. If this credit card is unavailable, another credit card is required for security.
  • Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint reserve the right to close rides and attractions as required.
  • Unless expressly stated to the contrary tickets do include access to special events conducted outside of advertised park trading hours including, but not limited to, Screamworld & Night WhiteWater World
  • Does not include experiences and attractions that are not included in entry price.
  • Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint visitor numbers are capped to prevent overcrowding. Entry is on a first come, first served basis. When park reaches capacity we cannot permit further entries. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  • Admission price includes rides, shows and attractions except food, merchandise, photo sessions, pay per use facilities (Feature films, FlowRider, skill and video games etc).
  • Published times of shows or attractions may vary.
  • The operation of some attractions may be affected by adverse weather conditions or maintenance activity.

Children under 13 years of age are not permitted to enter the attraction unaccompanied and must be accompanied by a person 13 years of age or older.

  • No food or beverages may be brought onto the Dreamworld or SkyPoint premises. No commercially prepared food or beverages may be brought into WhiteWater World.
  • No alcohol or drugs of any type shall be bought on to the premises.
  • No glassware or sharp objects may be bought on to the premises.
  • No animals may be brought onto the premises, except guide dogs.
  • Frisbees, balls, inflatables or other devices that may jeopardise the safety of others or impede staff are not permitted.
  • Scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades or other equipment that may interfere with pedestrian traffic are not permitted.
  • Design and systems of Ardent Leisure Limited (The Company) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You must not infringe those rights.
  • Vehicles are parked at your own risk. The Company will not be responsible for loss of, or damage to any vehicle, accessory or contents in, or on any vehicle
  • Smoking is permitted in designated areas only, no food or beverage may be consumed in designated smoking areas under Queensland Law.
  • Lockers are available for hire for storage of personal items at Dreamworld and WhiteWater World. These are not available at SkyPoint.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the attraction for vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, queue line jumping, failure to properly supervise persons under your care, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with these Conditions of Entry.
  • The Company reserves the right to inspect your bags at any time for security purposes.
  • Design and systems of Ardent Leisure Limited (The Company) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You must not infringe those rights.
  • Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by you must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse or production for commercial purposes without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.
  • The Company reserves the right to photograph guests at any time for security purposes or for use in connection with the promotional activities and general commercial operations of the Company. You expressly agree to the use of your image and likeness for these purposes without compensation.
  • The use of image recording devices is not permitted in any change room or bathroom facility.
  • Please report any incidents to staff immediately.
  • Tickets, vouchers and passes must be original, display an expiry date and be presented prior to that date, Photo ID and matching signatures are required on request. Fraudulent use will be referred to police.
  • Please be advised that appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times. Traditional swimwear is required at all times.
  • To ensure a safe and enjoyable family environment, provocative, G-string swimwear or underwear as swimming attire is not allowed.
  • For the safety of all guests, long pants, cut offs and swimwear with rivets, belts or metal ornaments are not permitted on any slides.
  • Guests may not display anything that contains obscene, foul, profane, illegal or unacceptable language, photos, images, symbols, or phrases, etc.
  • If your clothing or swimwear does not comply with these regulations, appropriate attire is available for purchase at Beyond the Beach Gift Shop.

HEIGHT AND HEALTH ADVICE

  • For your safety and comfort there are height, weight and age restrictions on some rides and attractions. Please refer to the park map and displayed signage for specific details.
  • Riders must be in good health and free from any potentially adverse medical conditions. You should seek medical advice if uncertain. For Guests with disabilities please review our guidelines.
  • For safety reasons, pregnant women, guests with certain pre-existing health issues, guests with casts, footwear, eyewear or any hard or sharp objects are not permitted on any water slides and may be restricted on certain rides. Please read signage and ask staff prior to participating if unsure.
  • Further specific restrictions may be displayed throughout the park via signage announcements and or staff communication, you must obey these.
  • We recommend that appropriate footwear be worn within the park.
  • Appropriate clothing must be worn at all times.
  • We ask that swimmers shower before entering the water.
  • Children should be toileted prior to entering the pool and regularly whilst swimming.
  • Children under the age of 3 must wear swimming nappies or tight bathers that will contain any faecal accidents, board shorts or loose clothing are not permitted.
  • People who have had diarrhoea within the last 48 hours must not enter the water.
  • Lifeguards and/or staff cannot supervise children. Parents/ guardians must actively supervise their children at all times and comply with the Keep Watch guidelines posted within WhiteWater World.
  • Royal Life Saving Australia recommends that children under the age of 10 be under the supervision of a person 16 years or older.
  • For safety reasons, minimum height restriction to hold a koala, baby croc, snake and bird of prey is 135cm.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • There are inherent risks in the participation in or on an amusement ride, waterslide, device, attraction or the interaction with animals. You, by your participation, accept the inherent risks of which a prudent person is or should be aware. You should consider this participation an exercise in good judgement and act in a responsible manner while using the facility.
  • Adults / carers are responsible for persons under their supervision.
  • You must not participate in or on any amusement ride, waterslide, device, and attraction, when under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • You must act with good judgement and consideration, both for yourself and others, and refrain from behaviour which could affect your safety, the safety of others, the safety of the amusement ride, waterslide, device, attraction, or the safety of the animals.
  • You must obey all reasonable written and verbal instructions and warnings, given by The Company and its staff including the Lifeguards or operators of any amusement ride, waterslide, device, attraction or animal handlers, without objection.
  • You must use, as instructed, all safety equipment provided when participating in any amusement ride, device or attraction.
  • If you supply your own safety equipment you do so at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any failure or non-performance of such equipment.
  • You are responsible for your own personal property. Lockers are available.
  • The Company takes all reasonable steps to provide you with a safe and enjoyable park. However The Company will not be liable for any person in respect of the loss of life or personal injury to, any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any person’s negligence (including the negligence of The Company) or otherwise.
  • In these Conditions of Entry, The Company includes the owner and operator of Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and all employed staff.


Dreamworld Membership Agreement 

1.      General Terms

1.1.    This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions governing the contractual relationship between the Purchaser, the Member and Dreamworld.

1.2.    Where a Membership is purchased for, or on behalf of, a Member, the Purchaser:

1.2.1.Agrees to be bound by this Agreement and the Direct Debit Agreement;

1.2.2.Warrants and represents that he or she has provided the Member with a copy of this Agreement; and

1.2.3.Agrees to be liable for any breach of this Agreement by the Member.

1.3.    By purchasing or using a Membership, each Member agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

1.4.    Where a Membership is purchased by an adult for a Member who is a minor, the Purchaser warrants that he or she is the parent or authorised guardian of the relevant minor and agrees to bind the minor to, and ensure that the minor complies with, this Agreement.

1.5.    Memberships may only be purchased by Purchasers who are Australian residents.

2.     Membership Term and Automatic Renewal

2.1.    Each Membership will continue for the Minimum Term and will automatically renew on a month to month basis thereafter at the then current monthly rate unless the Membership is terminated by the Purchaser or Dreamworld under clause 8. 

3.     Dreamworld’s Rights and Obligations

3.1.    Whilst the Membership remains current, and provided that the Purchaser and Member comply with all of their obligations under this Agreement, Dreamworld will provide the Member with the Membership Benefits.

3.2.    Dreamworld will issue each Member with a membership card and a unique membership number.

3.3.    Dreamworld reserves the right to amend the Membership Benefits from time to time by updating those benefits on its Website or contacting either the Member or the Purchaser by email provided that any such amendment does not materially decrease the aggregate retail value of the Membership Benefits.

3.4.    Dreamworld may restrict or limit access to any part of its Facilities, rides or attractions on a temporary or permanent basis where Dreamworld deems it prudent to do so for special events or for safety, operational or weather related reasons.

3.5.    Dreamworld may reduce or extend the operating hours of its Facilities from time to time.

4.     Member’s Rights and Obligations

4.1.    Whilst the Membership remains current, and provided that the Purchaser and the Member comply with all of their obligations under this Agreement, the Member shall be entitled to the Member Benefits.

4.2.    If requested by Dreamworld, the Member must produce a valid form of photographic identification to allow Dreamworld to verify the Member’s identity.

4.3.    In order to redeem any of the Member Benefits and to access the Facilities, the Member must also produce a valid membership card.

4.4.    The Member agrees to comply with the then current conditions of entry that apply to each of the Facilities. The current conditions of entry for each Facility are available on the Website.

4.5.    The Member is responsible for the membership card issued by Dreamworld. Membership cards remain the property of Dreamworld at all times. In the event that the Member loses his or her card either the Purchaser or the Member may request a new card and Dreamworld will replace the card in exchange for payment of a $5.00 replacement fee.

5.     Debitsuccess

5.1.    Dreamworld has appointed Debitsuccess to administer Memberships and collect Membership Fee payments on its behalf. Debitsuccess will be the first point of contact for Purchasers and Members.

5.2.    By purchasing a Membership, the Purchaser agrees to enter into a contract directly with Debitsuccess on the terms of the Direct Debit Agreement.

6.     Payment

6.1.    Dreamworld offers monthly and upfront payment options. In consideration of Dreamworld agreeing to provide the Member with a Membership, the Purchaser agrees to pay the Membership Fee by one of these payment options.

6.2.    In addition to payment of the Membership Fee, the Purchaser shall pay Debitsuccess a joining fee of $9.95 at the time that the Membership is initially Purchased.

6.3.    Payment in Full – Where the Purchaser elects to pay the Membership Fee up front and in full, the Purchaser agrees that:

6.3.1.The Membership Fee must be paid to Debitsuccess in clear funds at the time that the Membership is purchased; and

6.3.2.Following the Minimum Term, the Membership shall continue on a month to month basis and the Purchaser shall be bound by the terms that apply to payment by instalments.

6.4.    Payment by Instalments – Where the Purchaser elects to pay the Membership Fee by way of monthly instalments, the Purchaser agrees:

6.4.1.To pay the Membership Fee Instalments to Debitsuccess by direct debit in accordance with the terms of the Direct Debit Agreement and at the agreed payment frequency until such time as this Agreement is terminated in accordance with clause 8;

6.4.2.That Debitsuccess is entitled to debit the Purchaser’s nominated account or card for each Membership Fee Instalment due under this Agreement;

6.4.3.To ensure that the Purchaser’s nominated account or card contains sufficient funds to satisfy each Membership Fee Instalment due to be paid by the Purchaser;

6.4.4.To immediately notify Debitsuccess if there is any change to the Purchaser’s nominated account or card; and

6.4.5.That Debitsuccess is entitled to enforce Dreamworld’s rights under this Agreement as if it were Dreamworld.

6.5.    Changes to the Membership Fee:

6.5.1.The Purchaser agrees that Dreamworld may increase or decrease the Membership Fee at any time after the Minimum Term by providing the Purchaser with at least one (1) month’s written notice of the change to the Membership Fee.

6.5.2.If the Purchaser is dissatisfied with the change in the Membership Fee, the Purchaser may terminate this Agreement by providing Dreamworld with written notice of termination not more than fourteen (14) days after the date on which Dreamworld provided the Purchaser with notice of the change to the Membership Fee. Where the Purchaser provides Dreamworld with written notice of termination under this clause, this Agreement will terminate on the date on which the change to the Membership Fee was due to take effect.

6.5.3.Where a Member who holds a Child Membership turns thirteen (13) years of age during the Minimum Term or any renewal period, the Membership held by that Member will be automatically updated to an Adult Membership following the expiry of the Minimum Term or, if the Minimum Term has expired, the expiry of the then current renewal period. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Membership Fee payable by the Purchaser will also be updated at this time to reflect the change in the nature of the Membership held by the Member.

6.6.    All payments which are to be made by the Purchaser under this Agreement are to be paid in Australian dollars.

6.7.    The Purchaser’s payment obligations are not conditional on the Member utilising the Member Benefits

7.     Purchaser and Member Acknowledgments

7.1.    The Purchaser and the Member acknowledge and agree that:

7.1.1.The scope of the Member Benefits is limited to those items which are expressly identified and included in the Member Benefits; and

7.1.2.Dreamworld offers a variety of services, rides, attractions and experiences at the Facilities which are not included in the Member Benefits and which will attract an additional fee if the Member chooses to utilise such services, rides, attractions or experiences.

7.1.3.Memberships, membership cards and Membership Benefits cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash

8.     Default and Termination

8.1.    Dreamworld or the Purchaser may terminate this Agreement or cancel a Membership:

8.1.1.With immediate effect by notice in writing if the other party fails to comply with its obligations under this Agreement;

8.1.2.With effect upon the expiry of the Minimum Term by providing the other party with at least one (1) month’s written notice of termination prior to the expiry of the Minimum Term; or

8.1.3.In circumstances where the Minimum Term has expired and the Membership has been automatically renewed, by providing the other party with written notice of termination at any time in which case the effective date of termination shall be one month from the date of the next scheduled direct debit payment.

8.2.    Where the Purchaser defaults in its payment obligations under this Agreement the Purchaser agrees that Dreamworld and/or Debitsuccess shall be entitled to:

8.2.1.Terminate this Agreement in accordance with clause 8.1.1;

8.2.2.Suspend the Member’s access to the Membership Benefits until the default is rectified;

8.2.3.Notify any debt collection agency of the default;

8.2.4.Charge the Purchaser a $50 fee to cover Dreamworld and/or Debitsuccess’ internal costs of dealing with the default; and/or

8.2.5.On-charge all costs and disbursements reasonably incurred by Dreamworld and/or Debitsuccess in collecting any debt due by the Purchaser.

8.3.    Where Dreamworld exercises its right to terminate this Agreement under clause 8.1.1, any unpaid portion of the Membership Fee shall be immediately due in full.

9.     Privacy

Dreamworld will collect the personal information of the Purchaser and each Member in order to administer Dreamworld’s membership program and for the other purposes disclosed in Dreamworld’s privacy policy. Personal information collected by Dreamworld will be used and disclosed in accordance with Dreamworld’s privacy policy, a copy of which is available at www.dreamworld.com.au/general/privacy-policy. The privacy policy also contains information about how individuals can access their personal information that is held by Dreamworld and complain about a breach by Dreamworld of the Australian Privacy Principles. The Purchaser agrees that Dreamworld may share the Purchaser’s personal information with Debitsuccess to enable Debitsuccess to collect payments due to Dreamworld by the Purchaser under this Agreement. 

10.   Liability

10.1.Under the Australian Consumer Law, Members are entitled to the benefit of the non-excludable Consumer Guarantees that apply to the provision of both goods and services. Dreamworld will ensure that the goods and services supplied or provided to the Member in accordance with this Agreement comply with these Consumer Guarantees.

10.2.The Purchaser and the Member will not be entitled to a refund of the Membership Fee (or any part thereof) unless Dreamworld has failed to comply with the Consumer Guarantees or is otherwise required by law to provide a refund.

10.3.Where it is fair and reasonable for Dreamworld to limit its liability, Dreamworld’s liability for any failure to comply with the Consumer Guarantees shall be limited to (at Dreamworld’s option):

10.3.1.    In the case of goods, to resupplying those goods or paying the cost of repairing or replacing those goods; and

10.3.2.    In the case of services, to the resupply of the relevant services or payment of the cost of resupplying those services.

10.4.To the extent permitted by law, Dreamworld shall not be liable or responsible to the Purchaser or the Member for any direct, indirect or consequential injury, loss or damage to the Member or the Member’s property except where such injury, loss or damage is a direct result of a negligent act of Dreamworld or a failure by Dreamworld to comply with the Consumer Guarantees (in which case clause 10.3 will apply).

11. Amendments to this Agreement

11.1.Dreamworld may amend this Agreement from time to time by providing the Purchaser with at least one (1) month’s prior written notice of the amendment.

11.2.In the event that the Purchaser is dissatisfied with the amendment, the Purchaser may terminate this Agreement by providing Dreamworld with written notice of termination not more than fourteen (14) days after the date on which Dreamworld provided notice of the amendment under clause 11.1. Where the Purchaser provides Dreamworld with written notice of termination under this clause 11.2, this Agreement will terminate on the date on which the amendment proposed by Dreamworld was to take effect.

12. Enquiries

12.1.The Purchaser and the Member agree to direct all membership related enquiries to Debitsuccess. Debitsuccess may be contacted by phone on 1800 148 848 or by email at [email protected].

12.2.Any requires relating to the Facilities are to be directed to Dreamworld. Dreamworld may be contacted by phone on (07) 5588 1111 or by email at [email protected].

13. Miscellaneous

13.1.Assignment – Dreamworld may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any purchaser of the Facilities. The Purchaser and the Member are not permitted to assign their respective interests in this Agreement or the Membership to any other person.

13.2.Notices – Any notice under this Agreement which is required to be in writing may be provided by way of email to the email address nominated by the relevant party. The Purchaser and the Member must direct any notices under this Agreement to Debitsuccess  at [email protected] and quote the relevant membership number.

13.3.Contact Details – The Purchaser and the Member agree to immediately notify Dreamworld and Debitsuccess of any change to the contact details previously provided to Dreamworld.

13.4.Governing Law – This Agreement is governed by and construed according to the laws in force in the State of Queensland and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.

13.5.Severance – If at any time any provision of this Agreement becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable under the law of any jurisdiction that provision shall be severed and will not affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement.

13.6.Entire Agreement – This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Dreamworld, the Purchaser and the Member in respect of everything connected with the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes any prior representations, understandings, agreements or arrangements connected with that subject matter.

 

Definitions

Adult Membership means a Membership held by a Member who was at least 13 years of age at the time the Membership was purchased or last renewed.

Agreement means this membership agreement.

Child Membership means a Membership held by a Member who is less than 13 years of age at the time the Membership was purchased or last renewed.

Consumer Guarantees means the non-excludable consumer guarantees contained in the Australia Consumer Law set out in Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Debitsuccess means Debitsuccess Pty Ltd (ACN 095 551 581) of PO Box 577, Mount Waverley VIC 3149.

Direct Debit Agreement means the document entitled ‘Terms and Conditions of the Debitsuccess Direct Debit Request (DDR) Service Agreement’, a copy of which is attached to this Agreement.

Dreamworld means Ardent Leisure Limited (ACN 104 529 106) trading as Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint of 1 Dreamworld Parkway, Coomera QLD 4209.

Facilities means Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint.

Member means the person nominated as the holder of a Membership by the Purchaser at the time that the relevant Membership was purchased.

Membership means the type or class of membership offered by Dreamworld and acquired by the Purchaser which entitles the Member to access the Membership Benefits.

Membership Benefits means Dreamworld providing the Member with access to those goods, services and benefits attributed to the type or class of Membership held by the relevant Member. The Membership Benefits are itemised on the member benefits page of the Website and are accessible atwww.dreamworld.com.au/memberships.

Membership Fee Instalments means the instalment amounts applicable to the Membership Fee payment option elected by the Purchaser at the time of purchase or renewal (or the then current monthly instalment amount where the Membership has been automatically renewed) and includes any variation to those amounts made in accordance with this Agreement.

Membership Fee means the fee charged by Dreamworld as at the time of purchase or renewal for the type or class of Membership and payment option selected by the Purchaser and includes any variation to that fee made by Dreamworld in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Minimum Term means a period of 12 months commencing on the date that the Purchaser purchased the Membership. Where the Purchaser elects to renew a Membership by paying the Membership Fee for a further 12 months upfront and in full, any reference to the Minimum Term will be taken to be a reference to the 12 months commencing on the date that the Purchaser renewed the Membership.

Purchaser means any person who purchases a Membership.

Website means www.dreamworld.com.au.

DEBITSUCCESS DIRECT DEBIT REQUEST (DDR) SERVICE AGREEMENT

1.       INITIAL TERMS

The Purchaser agrees that Debitsuccess will debit the Purchaser's nominated account for the amounts and at the frequency of payments agreed between the Purchaser and Dreamworld

2.       CHANGE OF TERMS

In the unlikely event that the initial terms are to change, they can only do so in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

3.       DEFERRING OR STOPPING A PAYMENT

Should the Purchaser wish to defer a payment to another date, the Purchaser must contact Debitsuccess before the date of that payment to request the deferment. Deferments are entirely at the discretion of Debitsuccess and will depend on the length of deferment, the current state of the Purchaser's account and the Purchaser's past history. The Purchaser may request Debitsuccess to stop an individual payment however the Purchaser will still be liable to make this payment by some other method or the Purchaser's account will become overdue

4.       ALTERING THE SCHEDULE

Should the Purchaser wish to alter the payment frequency or day to debit, the Purchaser may contact Debitsuccess. Debitsuccess will consider any request of this nature received from the Purchaser and may, in its discretion, elect to make the requested changes. There may be a fee charged for this service. Any changes made will not affect the total amount payable by the Purchaser over the Minimum Term.

5.       CANCELLING THE PAYMENTS

The Purchaser may cancel this Direct Debit Request Authority by requesting this of Debitsuccess or the Purchaser's bank. Cancellation of the authority to debit the Purchaser's account will not terminate the Agreement or this Direct Debit Service Agreement or remove your liability to make the payments that the Purchaser is liable to make under the Agreement.

6.       DISPUTES

If the Purchaser disputes any debit payment, the Purchaser must notify Debitsuccess immediately. Debitsuccess will respond to the Purchaser's dispute within 7 working days and will immediately refund the amount of the debit if Debitsuccess is not able to substantiate the reason for it. If the Purchaser does not receive a satisfactory response from Debitsuccess to the dispute raised by the Purchaser, the Purchaser may contact his or her financial institution who will respond to the Purchaser with an answer to the Purchaser’s claim within 5 business days if the claim is lodged within 12 months of the disputed drawing, or within 30 business days if the claim is lodged after 12 months from the disputed drawing.

7.       NON WORKING DAY

When the day to debit falls on a weekend or public holiday the debit will be initiated on the next working day.

8.       DISHONOURED PAYMENTS

It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that on the due date clear funds are available in the Purchaser's nominated account to meet the direct debit payment. Should the Purchaser's payment be dishonoured Debitsuccess will debit an additional $10 with the Purchaser's next payment and may, if it has not received instructions to the contrary from the Purchaser, debit both the current due payment and the now overdue payment(s) on the same day. Debitsuccess may debit other fees or costs involved with debt collection in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

9.       ENQUIRIES

The Purchaser agrees to direct all enquiries to Debitsuccess, rather than its financial institution, and to submit such enquiries at least 1 working day prior to the next scheduled debit date.

10.   YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

In addition to the Purchaser's other obligations, the Purchaser is responsible for ensuring that his or her nominated account is able to accept direct debits. If it is not, it is the Purchaser's responsibility to provide Debitsuccess with a new account number.

11.   PRIVACY

The Purchaser's account records and details will not be disclosed to any outside person or entity except in accordance with the Agreement and where such information is required in connection with any claim for an alleged incorrect or wrongful debit.

12.   INTERPRETATION

Any capitalised term in this Direct Debit Service Agreement which is not defined bears the meaning assigned to that term in the document entitled Dreamworld Membership Agreement.


1 DAY TICKETS

  • Ticket includes 1 Day Entry into Dreamworld and WhiteWater World on the same day.
  • Tickets are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. 
  • All tickets are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash. 
  • Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers.

3 & 7 DAY TICKETS

  • A 3 or 7 Day ticket entitles the bearer to flexible entry to Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint for a period of 3 or 7 consecutive days from the first day of entry.
  • Tickets are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
  • SkyPoint Observation Deck becomes an over 18 years venue on a Friday & Saturday Night after 8pm.
  • All tickets are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash.
  • Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers.
  • Lost or stolen passes cannot be replaced.

AFTER 4PM TICKET

  • Entitles bearer to flexible entry to Dreamworld (4-9pm), WhiteWater World (4-6pm) on the same day for One (1) visit until the 15.01.17.
  • Child age is 3-13yrs inclusive
  • Regular Combo Meal including a bonus souvenir cup valid for Food Central or Dough Bros OR Buffet Dinner at Billabong
  • Restaurant 5pm - 8pm (seated by 7:30pm).
  • Does not include access to special events conducted outside advertised park trading hours including, but not limited to:
  • Screamworld and / or Night WhiteWater World.
  • Cannot be used with any other offer.

  • SkyPoint Observation Deck becomes an over 18 years venue on Friday and Saturday Night after 8pm.
  • Excludes entry to ticketed special events.  SkyPoint Observation Deck is subject to altered trading hours and deck closures for private events.
  • Pass is not transferable and cannot be given to anyone else to use.
  • Lost or stolen passes will incur a $5 reprint fee at time of issue.

NIGHT EVENTS:

SCREAMWORLD

  • Tickets are limited and may not be available for purchase on the night if the event is sold out.
  • Event only includes selected rides and attractions (excludes Tiger Island, Corroboree, Log Ride, Vintage cars unless otherwise specified).
  • Event Entry can ONLY be granted on presentation of your ticket. You may be required to provide a valid photo ID and the Credit Card used in purchase for verification at front entry. If this is unavailable, another credit card is required for security. Tickets are not redeemable for cash and not valid after the displayed date.
  • The entry price covers entry to Screamworld on the specified date.  Entry is only valid 6.30pm and 10.00pm.
  • Queue lines for rides may close from 9.00pm onwards as required to ensure the ride closes by 10pm.
  • Admission price includes selected rides and attractions and excludes skill games, souvenir photographs, merchandise, food and drinks.
  • Management reserves right to inspect bags on entry and exit, and to refuse entry or remove guests for failure to comply with any condition of entry.
  • Entry is subject to all conditions displayed on this ticket and at the front entry.
  • For your safety and comfort there are height, weight and age restrictions on some rides and attractions. Please refer to the park map and displayed signage for specific details.
  • WhiteWater World & Dreamworld reserve the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice and reserve the right to close rides/attractions as required.
  • In the likelihood of wet weather, Screamworld will continue to operate as per normal park operations. The operation of some rides and attractions may be affected by adverse weather.

  • related corporate bodies against any liability for death, personal injury, indirect or direct loss (including
  • consequential loss), or damage to property caused or contributed by the client or the client's guests, other than to
  • the extent caused by the negligence of Dreamworld whilst on Dreamworld property.
  • Dreamworld practises "Responsible Service of Alcohol".
  • We may refuse admission to, or expel, any person whose conduct is objectionable.

WILDLIFE EXPERIENCES:

SUNSET SAFARI

  • Dreamworld entry is not included in the experience and must be purchased separately if you wish to visit Dreamworld during the day of the booked experience.
  • Guests who have booked to participate in the experience only cannot enter the park until 4:30pm on the day of the booked experience.
  • All ages are welcome, however children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Children under 5 years are free.
  • Maximum of 25 guests may participate in each group.
  • Tour starts at 4:45pm sharp and guests must meet at Zombie Evilution- Ocean Parade Map Ref O at least 15 Minutes prior to the tour commencing.
  • Wheelchairs and walking aids are permitted.
  • Bookings can be transferred to another available date.
  • Cancellation fee is 100%.
  • Sunset Safari Experiences may be cancelled at Dreamworld's discretion at any time should this be deemed to be in the best interest of the wildlife staff and guests. In the event an experience is cancelled, Dreamworld will endeavour to book guests into an alternative available date. If the alternative date is unsuitable, Dreamworld will refund the full price of the experience.
  • Guests must abide by the direction of the wildlife staff at all times.
  • Whilst all reasonable precautions are taken by Dreamworld to ensure the safety of our guests participating in this experience, Dreamworld shall not be responsible for any death or injury to any guest or loss of or damage to any property being worn or carried by any guests while participating in this experience. Purchase of the Sunset Safari Experience assumes acceptance of this disclaimer. Dreamworld standard conditions of entry apply.
  • For safety reasons, minimum height restriction to hold a koala, baby croc, snake and bird of prey is 135cm.

TIGER PHOTO

  • Bookings are not transferable to a different date or time. Cancellation fee is 100%.
  • Dreamworld Entry ticket is included in the Tiger Photo Experience price, is only valid for the participants of the Tiger Photo and is only valid on the day of the Tiger Photo Experience. Entry is not transferrable. Tiger Experience will not be discounted if participants already have park admission.
  • Participants must be 10 years and over. Children between the ages of 10yrs - 15yrs must be accompanied by a paid participating Adult. Anyone not participating in the experience cannot be supervised by Dreamworld staff.
  • Maximum of six (6) guests may participate in each session.
  • Guests must be present at Bengal Bazaar, 30mins prior to session time.

TIGER WALK

  • Bookings are not transferable to a different date or time. Cancellation fee is 100%.
  • Dreamworld Entry ticket not included in the Tiger Walk Experience price.
  • Participants must be 15 years and over. Anyone not participating in the experience cannot be supervised by Dreamworld staff.
  • Maximum of four (4) guests may participate in each session.
  • Guests must arrive/check-in at the Dreamworld Administration Centre at 7.30am for an 8am start.
  • Walk duration up to sixty (60) minutes.

TIGER FEED

  • Maximum of 6 (six) guests may participate in each session.
  • Restricted to Children 13 years - 18 years and must be accompanied by a paying Adult.
  • Small children unable to participate in the experience must be supervised by an Adult at all times
  • Feeding Experience only available to guests who have admission to Dreamworld on the day of the experience.
  • Dreamworld admission is not included in price of the feeding experience and must be purchased separately.
  • Feeding Experience is for a nominated date and time only. It is non-transferable, but may be transferred to another person. Cancellation fee is 100%.
  • Whilst all reasonable precautions are taken by Dreamworld to ensure the safety of our guests participating in this experience, Dreamworld shall not be responsible for any death or injury to any guest or loss of or damage to any property being worn or carried by any guests while participating in this experience. Purchase of Feeding Experience assumes acceptance of this disclaimer. Dreamworld standard conditions of entry apply.
  • Guests must understand that tigers are wild animals and it is for our guest's safety that participants must abide by the direction of the handlers at all times.
  • Wheelchairs are not permitted as climbing stairs may be involved.
  • Feeding Experiences may be cancelled at Dreamworld's discretion at any time should this be deemed to be in the best interest of the tigers. In the event a Feeding Experience is cancelled Dreamworld will endeavor to book guests into an alternative available date. If the alternative date is unsuitable, Dreamworld will refund the full price of the experience.
  • Each Feeding Experience will have the Dreamworld photographer present. A 6 x 8 photo is included in the experience price and guests can collect from Kodak Express after 4pm on the day of the Feeding Experience. Additional photos can be purchased if guests wish at the recommended fee per additional item.
  • Guests must arrive at Tiger Bazaar at 2:15pm for a 2:30pm experience.

CROC FEED

  • Bookings are not transferable to a different date or time. Cancellation fee is 100%.
  • Dreamworld Entry ticket not included in experience price. Participants must have valid Dreamworld entry to gain admittance
  • Participants must be 18 years and over. Anyone not participating in the experience cannot be supervised by Dreamworld staff.
  • Maximum of five (5) guests may participate in each session.
  • Guests must be present at Bunya Traders by 12.50pm and experience may take up to 60 minutes.
  • All standard Croc Experience conditions apply.

SPECIAL EVENTS:

(EXCLUDING NIGHT WHITEWATER WORLD & SCREAMWORLD)

  • Event Entry can ONLY be granted on presentation of your E-Ticket. You may be required to provide a valid photo ID and the Credit Card used in purchase for verification at front entry. If this is unavailable, another credit card is required for security. Tickets are not redeemable for cash, not valid after the displayed date.
  • Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
  • Age restrictions to some events will apply. ID required for all guests over the age of 18 years.
  • Ticket prices will vary for different events. All Prices include GST.
  • Tickets will not be available for purchase at the door on the night. Numbers to events are limited and bookings are essential.
  • No discounts offered to Annual Pass Holders, Pensioners and Concession Card Holders.
  • The entry price covers entry to the event on the specified date only and is only valid between the times noted on your entry ticket.
  • No Food or Beverage may be brought onto Dreamworld, WhiteWater World or SkyPoint's premises during an event.

  • Attire considered to be offensive and unsuitable will be refused entry on the night.
  • All events will run as scheduled in the event of wet weather; venue/ride & attraction changes may apply.
  • Dreamworld and SkyPoint reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice and adjust operating hours and/or change the venue, attractions and animal encounters without prior notice.
  • Entry is subject to all conditions displayed on your entry ticket and at front entry.

SKILL ATTRACTIONS:


V8 SUPERCARS REDLINE

  • All Drivers need to register at the V8 Supercars RedLine Pitt 20 minutes prior to their race time.
  • Booking does not include Dreamworld entry. Drivers and passengers must have a valid Dreamworld ticket to gain admission.
  • Only the first few sessions of each day are available to pre-purchase online. Later sessions are available in-park. We recommend booking in as early as possible so as to not miss out. Subject to availability.
  • Booking is only valid for the nominated session and cannot be changed to an alternate session.
  • Cancellation fee is 100%.
  • Drivers must be at least 130cm to drive.
  • Passengers must be at least 4years old and weigh 18kgs.
  • Purchase of a RedLine Ticket is conditional on the acceptance of the inherent risks detailed on the Warning and Safety Notice.

V8 SUPERCARS – NIGHTDRIVER

  • Booking is only valid for the nominated session and cannot be changed to an alternate session.

FLOWRIDER (Including NightRider)

  • FlowRider NightRiders need to register at the Administration Buildings Booking Centre 20 minutes prior to their booking time.
  • Dressing room facilities are available at FlowRider. Guests are advised to wear board shorts and wet-shirts whilst riding. Flowboards are provided by Dreamworld. Personal boards are not permitted. Wetsuits are not provided by Dreamworld.
  • Sessions after 6pm are available by phone if the previous sessions are sold out - 07 5588 1111. Subject to availability.
  • Passes do not include access to other Dreamworld rides, attractions or events.
  • Booking is only valid for the nominated session and cannot be changed to an alternate session. Cancellation fee is 100%.
  • Guests must be over 110cm to ride. Each rider may only book one place per session.
  • Children under 10 years of age must get permission from their parent or guardian to body board.
  • Children between 10 - 18 years of age must have parental / guardian consent to ride stand up and must be present during the stand-up session.
  • Participants must follow directions of operators, signage and announcements.
  • Purchase of a Flowpass is conditional on the acceptance of the inherent risks detailed on the Warning and Safety Notice.

INPARK SERVICES:


CABANAS - WHITEWATER WORLD

  • Maximum of six (6) guests per Cabana or twelve (12) guest for Ultimate Cabanas.
  • There are a strictly limited number Cabanas available for rent per day.
  • A credit card imprint or $50 deposit is required plus a valid driver's license or annual pass.
  • $50 deposit is refundable on return of the undamaged key/Cabana inclusions at the end of the day.
  • Branded key provided to guest per cabana hire & bond attainment (key to be returned to Guest Services upon departure as ‘check-out’ of Cabana).
  • No discount applicable to Passholders.
  • Food and beverage service to be managed by Bite Me Cafe' (Door knob menu pre-order options).

RIDE EXPRESS - Dreamworld only.

  • A valid entry ticket must be presented in addition to gain access.
  • Limited Ride Express available each day.
  • This booking covers daily hire only. All users must register upon arrival.
  • Pricing is on a per person basis
  • A $50 deposit is required for Ride Express | Q-BOT, which is refundable on return of undamaged Q-BOT at the end of the day. A valid driver's license, Season or Annual pass will be required to use Ride Express.
  • A maximum of six people may be registered per Ride Express Q-Bot unit and per Q-Mobile ride reservation.
  • Booking is valid for date indicated on E-ticket only.
  • Valid for use on selected Dreamworld rides only.
  • Height and safety restrictions apply on all Ride Express rides. Riders must read and follow all safety notices posted in the vicinity of the front entrance of each ride and upon instructions from staff.
  • Ride Express does not guarantee preference of seat.
  • Ride Express will only wait for one ride at a time.
  • All tickets are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash. Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers.
  • By making this purchase, you acknowledge the conditions of entry. You must read, then tick, the Terms & Conditions box above to be allowed to add the Products to Your Cart.
  • After completing your purchase you will gain access to an online page confirming your order and providing activation instructions or Q-mobile, or a confirmation of your order including invoice and your E-tickets if using our Q-bot option. Dreamworld/WhiteWater World will arrange delivery to your nominated address. When purchasing online your Gift Card will be posted via Registered Mail to the Buyer’s address provided.  Goods cannot be delivered to a P.O Box address. A person must be at the Delivery Address to accept goods on delivery. Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Goods shall be presumed to be authorised to receive the Goods on your behalf. (Excludes “Free Gift Card” special offers.)

  • Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.

SKYPOINT OBSERVATION DECK ENTRY

  • Pass entitles bearer to 1 day entry to SkyPoint, including SkyPoint Nights and Sunset Sounds however excludes entry to special events that may be held during Normal Operating Hours from time to time. Eg: New Year’s Eve, Salsa Nights and Deck Closures.
  • 18+ ID required after 8pm on Friday and Saturday nights.
  • Operating Hours: Sun to Thu: 7.00am – 8pm, Fri & Sat 7.00am to Late. Last admission is 30 minutes prior to the advertised closing time.
  • Pass cannot be sold, cannot be given to anyone else to be used and cannot be used with any other offer.
  • Lost, damaged or stolen tickets cannot be replaced. Handle your e-ticket as you would cash.

SKYPOINT CLIMB

  • SkyPoint offers its customers guided, outdoor, all weather climbs over the top of the Q1 Building, Surfers Paradise (the "SkyPoint Climb").
  • The Terms and Conditions set out below, SkyPoint's Climber Disclosure skypointclimb.com.au, and SkyPoint's Privacy Policy skypointclimb.com.au (together with the "Climb Terms") govern your relationship with SkyPoint. Please ensure that you review all three policies prior to purchasing a ticket for the SkyPoint Climb, as the policies may contain limitations on your ability to safely participate in the SkyPoint Climb.
  • The Climb Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Queensland in relation to any dispute or action arising under the Climb Terms.
  • Climbers must be aware of, and be able to understand the following details in order to consider their ability to participate in the Climb:
  • Moderate effort is required with fitness and strength levels suitable for traversing inclines of between 30 and 65 degrees for approximately 110 metres at a slow to medium paced walk
  • Total number of stairs to climb is approximately 280
  • Climbers have occasional rest stops during the Climb, but will not have access to seating, water, shade or toilets
  • Climbers ascend to a maximum height of approximately 270 metres above street level
  • Climbers must be able to climb up, and reverse backwards down a step ladder at an angle of approximately 65 degrees
  • The duration of the Climb is broadly 50 minutes preparation, 25 minutes outdoors on the Climb and 20 minutes return and completion
  • At height, Climbers may be subject to mild to moderate adverse weather and elevation conditions associated with climbing at this level and should ensure they are fit enough to withstand such conditions.

50% OFF SKYPOINT CLIMB (Passholders Only)

  • Discount offer is not available online and can only be redeemed by phoning or emailing SkyPoint directly.
  • The 50% off SkyPoint Climb offer is only valid for Season Passholders on climbs between Monday and Thursday.
  • The 50% off SkyPoint Climb offer can be used on both daytime or twilight climbs. Climb and Dine Climbs not included.
  • Season Passholders wishing to redeem the 50% off SkyPoint Climb offer must give their Season Passholders number when booking and present this at the time of their climb. If the Season passholder is unable to present their pass at the time of their climb they will be charged the full climb price.
  • This offer is valid for Season Passholders on SkyPoint Climb sessions up until and including Thursday 15th September 2016 only.
  • Tickets are booked for a specific date and time. They are non-transferable.
  • Changes to the date or time of a reservation are permitted up to 7 days before your confirmed climb date, subject to availability. Changes requested inside of 7 days cannot be accommodated.
  • Prior to your climb, all Climbers should consider any Health and Medical issues that may impact their ability to climb safely. We ask that all Climbers read SkyPoint Climb's Health and Safety information before the date of their climb. Please note there are some conditions that make some people not fit to participate in a climb.
  • SkyPoint Climb operates in all weather conditions, with the exception of electrical storms, hail storms or excessively strong wind and/or rain conditions (in which cases the Climber will be rescheduled). Climbers must still arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled Climb time regardless of weather conditions. SkyPoint Climb will decide in its absolute discretion whether a Climb is proceeding or not. In the event of wet weather, Climbers will be supplied with weather resistant jackets and pants.
  • Climbers must sign a Climber Declaration and undertake a breathalyser test. If a Climber records a blood alcohol reading of 0.05% or higher, they cannot participate in the Climb and cannot reschedule.
  • All Climbers are required to meet a minimum height requirement of 130cms and our safety system specifications require that all Climbers meet the 136 kilogram fully clothed maximum weight requirement. Children aged between 12 and 15 years inclusive must be accompanied by a responsible paying adult (maximum 2 children per responsible adult). No maximum age restriction applies, however, climbers over 75 years of age must seek a medical clearance first. Based on adherence of health and safety requirements.
  • Climbs are generally offered to pregnant women up to but not greater than their 20th week of pregnancy, provided that the pregnancy is a low-risk pregnancy. Please note: Specific harnesses and equipment are not available for expectant mothers and each climber should consider the comfort and safety of available equipment based on their pregnancy. Expectant mothers less than 20 weeks pregnant must consult a medical practitioner before participating in the climb.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • You should read this health and safety information and the further information in the Climber Disclosure skypointclimb.com.au in full before accepting SkyPoint's Terms and Conditions and purchasing a ticket to participate in the SkyPoint Climb.
  • You will not be able to participate in the Climb if your health, physical or psychological condition or any other personal factor may endanger or risk your health and safety, or that of other climbers or SkyPoint staff or negatively affect your ability to complete the climb unassisted. Please note that even if you believe you are able to safely participate, SkyPoint Climb may in its sole discretion, refuse to allow you to climb.
  • All participants will be required to complete SkyPoint's Climber Disclosure skypointclimb.com.au and provide any relevant medical approvals prior to being allowed to climb.
  • To help you consider your suitability to participate in the Climb, we advise that SkyPoint Climb does not allow customers to participate in the Climb if they:
  • Are greater than 20 weeks Pregnant
  • Suffer from Broken Bones or severely Impaired Limbs
  • Have recently undergone Surgery or have been under the effect of Sedatives or General Anaesthesia within the last 48 hours
  • A limb, joint or back injury that currently affects fitness, strength or ability to climb independently
  • Suffer from Vertigo, Dizziness or Balance problems
  • Suffer from a Heart or Cardiovascular condition that has been diagnosed within the last 6 weeks or for which the customer is not following a medical practitioner's Medical Condition Management Plan
  • Suffer from Chest Pain or Shortness of Breath
  • Suffer from Epilepsy and are within 6 months from having been diagnosed
  • Have suffered a Fit, Seizure or Fainting Episode in the past 6 months
  • Have suffered from Syncope or Blackouts in the last 12 months
  • Suffer from Acrophobia (true fear of heights)
  • Register a blood-alcohol reading of 0.05% or higher during the compulsory breath test
  • Are considered by SkyPoint staff to be under the influence of substances or drugs (whether prescription or not)

SkyPoint Climb also advises that the following conditions may prevent any person from safely participating in the Climb experience. If any of these do, or could possibly apply to you, you should seek advice and clearance from a medical practitioner before climbing:

  • All Heart or Cardiovascular conditions (including high or low blood pressure)
  • All Respiratory Conditions
  • Back, Limb or Joint Injuries or conditions impacting stair climbing ability
  • Visual impairment (other than those who wear prescription glasses or contact lenses)
  • Learning Conditions
  • Epilepsy
  • Sleep Conditions
  • Kidney or Renal Condition
  • Neurological Conditions
  • Acute Gastrointestinal problem
  • Pregnancy
  • Any other medical condition or health concern which may affect or cause you to doubt your fitness, strength or ability to complete the Climb independently.

If any of the above conditions apply to you, SkyPoint requires that you obtain written approval from an appropriate medical practitioner prior to purchasing a ticket for SkyPoint Climb. If you are unsure or have any queries, please speak to a SkyPoint Climb team member or a medical practitioner.

  • Further detailed information relating to medical conditions, medical clearance requirements and safety considerations is contained in the Climber Disclosure skypointclimb.com.au. Please review this further information before making a decision to purchase a ticket, as you will be required to complete and sign the Climber Disclosure before being allowed to climb.
  • Notwithstanding the above, SkyPoint reserves the right to refuse participation in the SkyPoint Climb to any customer that SkyPoint believes, in its sole discretion, may suffer from a medical condition or be under the influence of alcohol or a substance or drug that may adversely impact upon the customer's ability to safely complete the SkyPoint Climb.

FEAR OF HEIGHTS

  • Most people experience a degree of natural fear when exposed to heights, but when seen to conquer their concern, they are met with a rush of enthusiasm and confidence!
  • SkyPoint Climb is the perfect escape for overcoming any barrier you may have to heights. Once you have challenged the steps and successfully made your way to the peak of the Climb - looking out and admiring the breathtaking views of the Gold Coast, you will be left with the feeling of complete euphoria, ready to take on the world!
  • SkyPoint Climb is completely safe, and with the guidance of an inner hand rail and all the necessary safety equipment – including a harness and static fall arrest line, you can comfortably focus on the view before you.
  • An extreme fear of heights should be disclosed in your Climber Disclosure and brought to the attention of your Climb Leader on the day of your Climb. Our Climb Leaders have received training to assist them in supporting Climbers who have a Fear of Heights.
  • Please note that persons who suffer from medically diagnosed Acrophobia are not permitted to Climb.
