Autism Awareness Day at Dreamworld

April is Autism Awareness Month, and each year we create a special day out at Dreamworld for our friends with Autism.

Our 2024 Autism Awareness Day will take place on Sunday the 28th of April from 9AM.

Registrations for our 2024 Autism Awareness Day are now full. If spaces become available, we will announce this on our social media accounts so please follow us there for updates.

For registered guests, you will receive an email with a link to purchase your tickets. This email may take up to 48 hours from the time you registered.

Registration Process

  1. Register your details through the form above ensuring all tickets required are mentioned.
  2. Receive an email with your gift code which you can use to redeem your Autism Awareness Day tickets (if you are already a Locals Annual Passholder you'll just receive a courtesy email as you'll be able to scan your regular annual pass).
  3. Follow the link in your email to verify any free tickets and/or purchase half price tickets.
  4. Non-passholders will receive a secondary email with their tickets with a barcode, ready to scan.
  5. On the 28th of April, scan your ticket at the gate for a fun-filled day!

  1. Dreamworld has proudly partnered with Autism Queensland to offer guests with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their family and friends a special day out at Dreamworld with free or discounted entry, early access to the park, select rides and outlets, reduced in-park audio, and more.
  2. Registered guests can enjoy a day out at Dreamworld with discounted or complimentary entry.

  3. No. Only our friends diagnosed with ASD (and who pre-register online), plus their family members or friends are able to attend.

    This early morning is not open to the general public.

  4. Pre-registered guests are welcome to bring as many family members or friends as they'd like.

    Please note: Only one (1) family member or friend is eligible to receive half-priced 1-Day Dreamworld entry for each guest diagnosed with ASD attending.
    All other guests will need to purchase full-priced entry tickets.

  5. Select family-friendly rides & attractions will be made available from 9am. These will be confirmed closer to the date.

    Ride availability may be subject to change, particularly during inclement weather. Where applicable, alternate rides may be made available.

  6. Select food & beverage outlets will be made available from 9am. These include:

    • Green Bean Coffee Co.
    • Churros Stand.
  7. The Ride Express (Skip-the-Queue) wristband can be used on one (1) attraction one (1) time throughout the day.

    This is available for use on all rides at Dreamworld, excluding The Giant Drop and Motocoaster.

  8. Yes, pre-registered guests attending from 9am are free to stay at Dreamworld until our closure at 5pm.

*Please note that a capacity limit for early entry applies - only registered guests will eligible. Guests should register early to avoid disappointment.
