Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries or disabilities are recommended to visit our Park Health Facility, located at Dreamworld (near Sky Voyager) or WhiteWater World (next to Beyond the Beach) prior to presenting to our attractions. Any of our friendly Guest Services Team Members can direct you there.
One of the key roles of our team is to assist guests to plan their day on an individual basis and determine which attractions can be undertaken safely.

Accessible Parking
Reserved parking is available in the Southern end of rows A and J of our carpark, for guests whose vehicles display a Disability Parking Permit. These spaces are clearly marked with the International Disabilities Symbol.

Companion Admission
Guests with a disability may consider visiting the park with someone who can physically assist them if necessary. Guests who produce a Companion card (http://www.companioncard.gov.au/) are entitled to one (1) free of charge companion ticket so that they may provide care and support during the visit. Please contact our Guest Services team of (07) 5588 1111 before visiting with any questions.

Park Health Facility
Park Health Professionals are based at Dreamworld and WhiteWater World Park Health Facility (Dreamworld map reference G8, WhiteWater World map reference Q9). Any personal medical equipment, for example, ventilators, may be stored and used at our Park Health Facility. Park Health does not supply such equipment for everyday use. Medication which requires refrigeration may also be stored at the Park Health Facility.

Restrooms
All main restrooms have facilities designed for access by wheelchairs.
The Park Health facility at Dreamworld has an accessible bathroom which includes shower amenities. Clinic beds can be used for adult change table needs. No hoist is available.

Wheelchair Hire
A limited number of manual wheelchairs are available for hire at Guest Services (Dreamworld – Map Reference I9. WhiteWater World – Map Reference S9) for a minimal $4 cost. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Guide, Hearing and Assistance Dogs
Guide, Hearing and Assistance Dogs are welcome in our park. Service Animals are allowed in most locations throughout the park with the exception of some restricted wildlife and ride areas. We ask that dogs wear their working vest identifying their role at all times. Please call in and see Guest Services on the day of your visit for more detailed information, or contact us on (07) 55881111.

Guests Using a Wheelchair
For your enjoyment and convenience, all of our shopping and dining facilities are wheelchair accessible via ramps. Also, many of our shows and main street entertainment have areas reserved for guests with disabilities. Additionally, there are specific boarding requirements and accommodations for those using wheelchairs at most attractions.

The rides and attractions at Dreamworld and WhiteWater World incorporate safety systems designed by manufacturers to accommodate people of average physical stature and body proportion. These safety systems may restrict some ride suitability due to the necessity of guests to be safely contained within a restraint. All guests must be able to maintain the proper riding position, meet the manufacturer ride requirements, appropriately utilise the restraints systems and safely navigate evacuation stairwells and pathways. All guests must also be able to demonstrate a willingness and ability to comply with verbal and written rider requirements. Please visit our Dreamworld or WhiteWater World Park Health Facility prior to presenting to attractions so they may discuss this safety information and the details of an Attractions Pass with you.

- Each rider should have the physical and cognitive abilities to hold themselves in an upright seated position within the vehicle throughout the course of the ride. Riders will encounter strong acceleration and deceleration forces front, rear and all sides during the course of the ride.
Rider Positioning
- Single Inner Tube Rider: Riders should ride seated in their tube facing forward in the direction of travel, with their hands, palms down grasping the handles on the inner tube.
- Double Inner Tube Riders: Rider should ride seated in their tube facing forward in the direction of travel. When riding the heavier of the two riders should b seated behind the lighter. The front rider's legs should extend forward, straddling the front rider. While riding both rider's legs should extend forward, straddling the front rider.

Rider Positioning
- The heaviest rider should be seated at the rear of the boat and the lightest in the front. The rider's legs should extend forward straddling the middle rider. The middle rider's legs should straddle the rider sitting in the front. The rider in front should extend his legs forward, with knees bent and legs crossed. While riding all riders are to grasp the handles with palms facing down and must hold onto the handles throughout the whole course of the ride. If there are two riders, they should sit in the rear and middle compartments, leaving the front compartment empty.
