Terms & Conditions

General

    • Conditions of entry are subject to Government and other regulatory legislation, health orders, directions and mandates that require compliance by law.
    • Admission price includes rides, shows and attractions except for food, merchandise, photo sessions, pay per use facilities (skill and video games etc), or optional add-on experiences.
    • We reserve the right to deny admission to persons under the age of 14 unless accompanied by a supervising companion aged 16 or older.
    • Published times of shows or attractions may vary and are subject to change or cancellation without notice due to adverse weather conditions, maintenance activity or other operational reasons. Shows begin when venues reach capacity or performance starts.
    • The operation of rides may vary from advertised without notice due to adverse weather conditions, maintenance activity or other operational reasons
    • No food or beverages may be brought into the Dreamworld or SkyPoint premises. No alcohol, glassware or commercially prepared food or beverages may be brought into WhiteWater World.
    • No eskies or coolers are permitted into the Dreamworld or SkyPoint premises.
    • No alcohol or drugs of any type shall be bought onto the premises and you may be refused entry or evicted if we reasonably believe that you are adversely affected by drugs or alcohol.
    • No glassware or sharp objects may be bought on to the premises.
    • No animals may be brought onto the premises, except assistance or companion animals.
    • Frisbees, balls, inflatables or other devices that may jeopardise the safety of others or impede staff are not permitted.
    • Scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades or other equipment that may interfere with pedestrian traffic are not permitted.
    • The design and systems of the Coast Entertainment Holdings group of companies are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You must not infringe those rights.
    • Vehicles are parked at your own risk. The Company will not be responsible for loss of, or damage to any vehicle, accessory or contents in, or on any vehicle.
    • Smoking, vaping and use of e-cigarettes are permitted in designated areas only, no food or beverage may be consumed in designated smoking areas under Queensland Law.
    • The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the property for vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, offensive clothing, queue line jumping, failure to properly supervise persons under your care, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with these Conditions of Entry.
    • The company reserves the right to inspect your bags or other goods in your possession immediately upon request for security purposes.
    • Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by you must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse or production for commercial purposes without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.
    • The Company reserves the right to photograph guests at any time for security purposes or for use in connection with the promotional activities and general commercial operations of the Company. You expressly agree to the use of your image and likeness for these purposes without compensation.
    • The use of image recording devices is not permitted in any change room or bathroom facility.
    • Please report any incidents to staff immediately.
    • Tickets, vouchers and passes must be original, display an expiry date and be presented prior to that date, Photo ID and matching signatures are required on request. Fraudulent use will be referred to the police.
    • Please be advised that appropriate swimwear is required to be worn for all water park activities/slides.
    • For the safety of all guests, swimwear with rivets, belts, exposed zippers, metal ornamentation, long pants and denim material is unable to be worn during any waterpark activity. Eyewear is permitted only on selected slides.
    • Guests may not display anything that contains obscene, foul, profane, illegal or unacceptable language, photos, images, symbols, or phrases, etc.
    • Please be advised that appropriate footwear must be worn at all times, except in the case of experiencing rides where loose footwear requires removal.
    • Accommodation can be made for individual cases of severe allergies which cannot be catered for by Dreamworld food outlets. In these cases, guests are more than welcome to bring home packed meals (not commercial food). Please ensure to discuss your requirements with our Guest Services team prior to your visit for appropriate arrangements.

    • Physical restrictions (including height, weight and age) may apply on some rides and attractions for safety or operational reasons. Please refer to displayed signage, our website or Guest Services for specific details.
    • Riders must be in good health and free from any potentially adverse medical conditions. You should seek medical advice if uncertain
    • Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries or disabilities should refer to displayed signage or our website for specific details and present to Park Health before attending any of our rides, slides and attractions to determine specific ride suitability.
    • Further specific restrictions may be displayed throughout the park via signage announcements and or staff communication, you must obey these.

    WhiteWater World Specifically;

    • WhiteWater World is open seasonally, find out more here.
    • We recommend that you wear appropriate footwear, swimwear and clothing at all times for your safety.
    • We ask that swimmers shower before entering the water.
    • Children should be toileted prior to entering the pool and regularly whilst swimming.
    • Children under the age of 3 must wear swimming nappies or tight bathers that will contain any faecal accidents, board shorts or loose clothing are not permitted.
    • People who have had diarrhoea within the last 48 hours must not enter the water.
    • Lifeguards and/or team members cannot supervise children. Adults/carers must actively supervise the children they are responsible for and comply with Royal Life Saving Australia Keep Watch guidelines.     • Royal Life Saving Australia recommends that children under the age of 11 be under the constant supervision of a person 16 years or older.
    • There are inherent risks in the participation in or on an amusement ride, waterslide, device, attraction or the interaction with animals. You, by your participation, accept the inherent risks of which a prudent person is or should be aware of. You should consider this participation an exercise in good judgement and act in a responsible manner while using the facility.
    • Adults / carers are responsible for persons under their supervision.
    • You must act with good judgement and consideration, both for yourself and others, and refrain from behaviour which could affect your safety, the safety of others, the safety of the amusement ride, waterslide, device, attraction, or the safety of the animals.
    • You must obey all reasonable written and verbal instructions and warnings, given by the Company and its staff including the Lifeguards or Operators of any amusement ride, waterslide, device, attraction or animal handlers, without objection.
    • You must use, as instructed, all safety equipment provided when participating in any amusement ride, device or attraction.
    • You are responsible for your own personal property. Lockers are available.
    • Lockers are available for hire. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
    • The Company takes all reasonable steps to provide you with a safe and enjoyable park. However, the Company will not be liable for any person in respect of the loss of life or personal injury to, any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any person’s negligence (including the negligence of The Company) or otherwise.
    • In these Conditions of Entry, the Company refers to the Coast Entertainment Holdings group of companies and includes the owner and operator of Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and all employed staff.
    • Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint products and services are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash and will be cancelled without refund if used by anyone else.
    • Refunds on Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint products and services are only available in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and will not be granted for change of mind.
    • Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint products and services cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers and will be cancelled without refund if used by anyone else.
    • Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint reserve the right to run limited time promotions including but not limited to discounted products, value additions and new products offered for a specific period only.
    • Promotional activity is subject to end at the discretion of Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint.
    • Limited time promotional prices or offerings are only available for their specified promotional period and once ended, will no longer be available for purchase.
    • Refunds or price adjustments will not be offered for purchasers who have missed out on a particular promotion.
    • Discount Admission ticket validity includes AUS & NZ equivalent Government issued Cards; Australian & NZ equivalent Government issued Disability Pension Card (DSP). Card must be presented upon entry for discount. 

    • Australian & NZ equivalent Government issued Seniors Card (AGE). Card must be presented upon entry for discount. 

    • Australian & NZ equivalent Government Carers Card (CAR). Carer discount will be accepted upon entry when accompanying a disabled card holder. 

Admission Products

    • Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. All tickets are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party for re-sale and will be cancelled without refund if used by anyone else. (Special circumstances may be reviewed under Management discretion.)
    • AUS & NZ equivalent Government-issued Cards must be provided on entry.
    • Discount Admission ticket validity includes;
      • Australian & NZ equivalent Government-issued Disability Pension Card (DSP). Card must be presented upon entry for discount.
      • Australian & NZ equivalent Government-issued Seniors Card (AGE). Card must be presented upon entry for discount.
      • Australian & NZ equivalent Government Carers Card (CAR). Carer discount will be accepted upon entry when accompanying a disabled cardholder.
    • For website purchases, after completing your purchase you will gain access to an online page confirming your order. You will also receive 2 emails including your invoice and your E-tickets. Print your booking at home or simply scan them from your mobile device upon arrival.
    • Entry is granted by presenting a printed E-ticket or displayed on a mobile device, a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the ticket. If this credit card is unavailable, another credit card is required for security.
    • Children (0-2 years) receive free admission to Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint Observation Deck. Once your child turns 3, they will require a ticket or pass to accompany you into the parks or Observation Deck.
    • Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint reserve the right to close rides and attractions as required.
    • Unless expressly stated to the contrary tickets do not include access to special events conducted outside of advertised park trading hours including, but not limited to, Dreamworld and WhiteWater World night events
    • Does not include experiences and attractions that are not included in the entry price.
    • Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint visitor numbers are capped to prevent overcrowding. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis. When the park reaches capacity we cannot permit further entries.
    • Pass expiry extensions or refunds because of limited visitation, suspension, show cancellations, park or ride/attraction closure will not be granted. (Special circumstances may be reviewed under Management discretion.)
    • Ticket includes 1 Day Entry into Dreamworld, including WhiteWater World during their respective operating days, on the same day.
    • Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
    • All tickets are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash.
    • Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers.
    • Ticket includes 1 Day Entry into Dreamworld only.
    • Flexible Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
    • All tickets are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash.
    • Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers.

    A Fixed Dated Ticket is a ticket or product which is booked for specific date or date and time.

    A Fixed Date Ticket entitles the holder to entry on the specific date they have nominated at the specific special price indicated when booking.  The pricing of Fixed Date Tickets for other days and dates will vary based on a number of variable factors such as demand, peak/non-peak periods, weather, special events etc.  The holder of a Fixed Date Ticket will not be permitted entry to Dreamworld on a date other than the date on which they have booked, except in special circumstances at the sole discretion of Dreamworld.  If a ticket holder wishes to make application to transfer their Fixed Date Ticket to a future date, they must do so at least 2 Business Days prior to their original booked entry date by contacting Guest Services on +61 7 5588 1111 and, if special consideration is granted by Dreamworld at its sole discretion, the ticket holder must pay (i) an administrative fee of $4.95 as well as (ii) the price differential between the original Fixed Date Ticket price and the substitute Fixed Date Ticket price.  There shall be no refund or credit for a cheaper ticket price.

    • 3 Day tickets entitle the bearer to flexible entry to Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint during their respective operating days, for 3 days within a 7-day period from the first day of entry.
    • Tickets are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
    • SkyPoint Observation Deck is a licenced venue and management reserves the right to restrict entry to persons under the age of 18 years on Friday & Saturday evenings after 8pm.
    • All tickets are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash.
    • Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers.
    • Lost or stolen passes cannot be replaced.
    • Each ticket must be signed and a valid ID presented for each return entry
    • Available to Queensland and Northern New South Wales (Postcodes 2450 - 2490) residents only.
    • This Annual Pass entitles the bearer to flexible entry to Dreamworld during their operating days for 12 months from the date of purchase.
    • The Dreamworld Saver Annual Pass entitles the bearer to flexible entry to Dreamworld only.
    • Does not include entry to WhiteWater World or SkyPoint Observation Deck.
    • Does not include entry to ticketed special events unless stated otherwise.
    • Pass is not transferable, cannot be sold, cannot be given to anyone else to use, is not redeemable for cash.
    • Dreamworld Annual Passes are generated as digital online passes only. If you require a physical pass, this will incur a $5 printing fee. This can be requested at Guest Services on the day of your visit. 
    • Upgrade to the Locals Annual Pass available at the front gate or over the phone during the first 11 months validity of the pass.
    • By purchasing online, each Passholder agrees to be contacted by Dreamworld with information regarding their pass and any associated benefits if applicable. Passholders may unsubscribe at any time by contacting Dreamworld or using the unsubscribe option on the received emails or SMS messages.     • Single Ride Express voucher to be presented at Main Street Emporium where the staff will redeem the voucher and issue the guest with a One (1) Ride wristband to the appropriate timeslot that the guest chooses. Must be used during renewed Pass validity.
    • Food & Beverage voucher (valued up to $20) is only valid at participating Food & Beverage outlets during normal operating hours and is to be used in One (1) Single transaction per voucher and no change is given. Valid for Bite Me Café and Salties Kiosk during WhiteWater World’s seasonal operating hours but excludes Presto’s Training Café, Candy Nut & Fudge, Holiday promotional outlets within Dreamworld. Not valid for Retail, Ride Express, Gamesite, Lego Store, Animal Experiences or any other in park purchases. Must be used during renewed Pass validity.
    • This Annual pass entitles the bearer to access to select External Partner Offers as displayed on our website.
    • These Partner Offers may be subject to change at any time.
    • Refer to the individual External Partner directly for further terms and conditions regarding the redemption or use of their product/s or service/s.
    • Pass includes 1-Day entry to Dreamworld, 1-Day entry to SkyPoint Observation Deck, 1x Admission to Infinity Surfers Paradise, and 1-hour Aquaduck Tour during their respective operating days within a 7-day period from first entry.
    • Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
    • All tickets are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash.
    • Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers.
    • Does not include access to special events conducted outside advertised park trading hours.
    • Dreamworld and SkyPoint Observation Deck reserve the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice and reserve the right to close rides/attractions, as required.

    Aquaduck Tour Specific Terms

    • Voucher must be redeemed online in advance to secure the preferred day and time.
    • An additional Aquaduck ticket must be purchased for any children aged 2-3 years. This can be purchased when redeeming your Gold Coast Fun Pass voucher.
    • 0-1 years ride for free on your lap on the Aquaduck but must be pre-booked as passenger counts apply.
    • Check-in is required at the Aquaduck store 20 minutes prior to your tour departure time.
    • If you are late, you forfeit your ticket.
    • No refunds will be provided.
    • You may reschedule your tour by giving at least 24 hours' notice.
    • Failure to redeem the Aquaduck ticket portion of your Gold Coast Fun Pass will result in the forfeiture of your Aquaduck ticket.

    Infinity Attraction Specific Terms

    • Ticket is valid for 1 admission to INFINITY Attraction.
    • Entry will not be permitted without the presentation of the redeemed tickets via print or mobile format. 
    • Failure to redeem the Infinity Attraction portion of your Gold Coast Fun Pass will result in the forfeiture of your Infinity ticket.

Dreamworld LEGO® Certified Store

  1. FAULTY GOODS

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

    You are entitled to a replacement or refund at your choice for a major failure. However, if the failure is minor, for example the goods are not of an acceptable quality, we will fix the problem by choosing whether to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.

    MISSING PIECES

    If you are missing pieces from your purchase, you can contact LEGO for replacements to be sent directly to you on 1800 823 757.

    CHANGE OF MIND

    Even if your goods are not faulty, but you simply change your mind on a purchase, you have 28 days to return your items to us for a full refund or exchange.

    The following conditions apply to a change of mind:

    • goods must be returned in a saleable condition.
    • original proof of purchase must be provided. 
    • by saleable condition we mean that the item has not been opened or used, is still in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging and accessories are included. If the item is unboxed or partially assembled, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange, so please take your time when making your choice to avoid any inconvenience at a later date.
    • gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    All requests for repairs, refunds or exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

    Eligible purchases are defined as any LEGO® merchandise available for purchase at the Dreamworld LEGO® Store, excluding gift cards.     How many points do I earn?

    You will earn 0.05 points for every AUD$1.00 spent on eligible purchases at the Dreamworld LEGO Store.  Redeeming 10 Points (earnt based on a AUD$200 spend) qualifies a Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP member for a discount of AUD$10.00 off their next purchase at the Dreamworld LEGO® Store.

    What is the value of the Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points?

    Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points do not have a cash value. Points may be accumulated to earn members a discount on eligible purchases.

    Do I earn Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points when I make purchases with a gift card?

    Yes, you will earn Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points on eligible purchases made by you with gift cards.

    When will I receive my Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points?

    Earned Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points will be added to your account when the transaction is completed.  

    When can I redeem my Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points?

    Once your points balance reaches 10 points, you may redeem your points for a discount of AU$10.00 off the price of purchases made at the Dreamworld LEGO® Store.  You may redeem this discount on your next purchase at the Dreamworld LEGO Store, or you may choose to accumulate points. You will be eligible to receive a discount of AU$10.00 off the price of purchases made at the Dreamworld LEGO® Store for every 10 points that you accumulate.

    When you make a purchase and redeem Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points, you will earn additional VIP points on the net amount of your purchase, after the discount is applied, not on the full purchase price prior to applying the VIP discount.

    Can I redeem points on the same purchase upon which they are earned?

    No, it is not possible to redeem Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points during the same transaction in which they are earned.

    Can I use Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points towards the purchase of gift cards?

    No, points may not be redeemed against the purchase of gift cards. However, you will earn Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points when you use a valid gift card to make an eligible purchase at the Dreamworld LEGO® Store.

    Can I redeem Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points for cash?

    No, Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. In cases where the discount earned through redemption of Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points exceeds the value of the purchase, change will not be given.

    Can I buy extra Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points?

    No, VIP Points cannot be purchased, transferred or redeemed for cash.

    What if I need to return a product from which I have earned Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points?

    If you return products for refund, any points earned for the purchase will be deducted from your account balance, and any points which were redeemed in connection with the purchase will be added to your account balance.

    Do my Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points expire if they are not redeemed?

    Yes, all Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points expire two (2) years after they are earnt if they have not been redeemed.  

    What if I lose my Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Card?

    If your Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Card is lost or stolen, you must contact the Dreamworld LEGO® Store for a replacement card. Please note that you will need to provide proof of identity to process your request. The lost card will be deactivated and replaced by a new one.

    Will I be reminded before the expiry of my Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points?

    No, but you will be notified if your account has been inactive for a period of time up to one year.

    How do I cancel my membership?

    You may cancel your Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP membership by contacting the Dreamworld LEGO® Store.  You may be asked security questions related to your account to verify that it is your account. Any accrued Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points will be forfeited at the time of cancellation.

    Are there any consequences if I do not comply with these Terms and Conditions?

    If you fail to meet or observe any of these Terms and Conditions, Dreamworld reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your membership with immediate effect.

    No compensation will be offered for points earned if your Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP membership is terminated.

    What if Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points are credited to my account by mistake?

    Dreamworld reserves the right to cancel or remove points which have been issued to your account by mistake or due to a system or human error. Dreamworld will not tolerate deliberate misuse of the system when/if an error in the number of points occurs and such misuse will lead to termination of the member's account and a ban on future use.

    Can Dreamworld cancel or make substantial changes to the Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Program or these Terms and Conditions?

    Yes, Dreamworld reserves the right to cancel or substantially modify the Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time. If Dreamworld does so, you will be notified by email one (1) month prior to the cancellation or any substantial modification.

    How will Dreamworld use personal information and other data relating to me?

    Your personal information will be handled by Dreamworld in accordance with its privacy policy, a current copy of which may be accessed at https://www.dreamworld.com.au/general/privacy-policy (Privacy Policy). Dreamworld’s Privacy Policy will be updated from time to time and posted on its website. By participating in the Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Program, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the current Privacy Policy.

    Personal information provided by you in connection with the Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Program will be used for the primary purpose of enabling Dreamworld to administer the Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Program and those secondary purposes disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

    What if I wish to access, update or remove my personal information or have a privacy related complaint?
