GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  • Admission price includes rides, shows and attractions except food, merchandise, photo sessions, pay per use facilities (skill and video games etc).
  • We reserve the right to deny admission to persons under the age of 14 unless accompanied by a supervising companion aged 16 or older.
  • Published times of shows or attractions may vary and are subject to change or cancellation without notice due to adverse weather conditions, maintenance activity or other operational reasons. Shows begin when venues reach capacity or performance starts.
  • The operation of rides may vary from advertised without notice due to adverse weather conditions, maintenance activity or other operational reasons
  • No food or beverages may be brought into the Dreamworld or SkyPoint premises. No alcohol, glassware or commercially prepared food or beverages may be brought into WhiteWater World.
  • No eskies or coolers are permitted into the Dreamworld or SkyPoint premises.
  • No alcohol or drugs of any type shall be bought on to the premises and you may be refused entry or evicted if we reasonably believe that you are adversely affected by drugs or alcohol.
  • No glassware or sharp objects may be bought on to the premises.
  • No animals may be brought onto the premises, except assistance or companion animals.
  • Frisbees, balls, inflatables or other devices that may jeopardise the safety of others or impede staff are not permitted.
  • Scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades or other equipment that may interfere with pedestrian traffic are not permitted.
  • Design and systems of Ardent Leisure Limited (The Company) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You must not infringe those rights.
  • Vehicles are parked at your own risk. The Company will not be responsible for loss of, or damage to any vehicle, accessory or contents in, or on any vehicle.
  • Smoking, vaping and use of e-cigarettes are permitted in designated areas only, no food or beverage may be consumed in designated smoking areas under Queensland Law.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the property for vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, offensive clothing, queue line jumping, failure to properly supervise persons under your care, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with these Conditions of Entry.
  • The company reserves the right to inspect your bags or other goods in your possession immediately upon request for security purposes.
  • Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by you must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse or production for commercial purposes without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.
  • The Company reserves the right to photograph guests at any time for security purposes or for use in connection with the promotional activities and general commercial operations of the Company. You expressly agree to the use of your image and likeness for these purposes without compensation.
  • The use of image recording devices is not permitted in any change room or bathroom facility.
  • Please report any incidents to staff immediately.
  • Tickets, vouchers and passes must be original, display an expiry date and be presented prior to that date, Photo ID and matching signatures are required on request. Fraudulent use will be referred to police.
  • Please be advised that appropriate swimwear is required to be worn for all water park activities/slides.
  • For the safety of all guests, swimwear with rivets, belts, exposed zippers, metal ornamentation, long pants and denim material is unable to be worn during on any waterpark activity. Eyewear is permitted only on selected slides.
  • Guests may not display anything that contains obscene, foul, profane, illegal or unacceptable language, photos, images, symbols, or phrases, etc.

HEIGHT AND HEALTH ADVICE

  • Physical restrictions (including height, weight and age) may apply on some rides and attractions for safety or operational reasons. Please refer to displayed signage, our website or Guest Services for specific details.
  • Riders must be in good health and free from any potentially adverse medical conditions. You should seek medical advice if uncertain
  • Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries or disabilities should refer to displayed signage or our website for specific details and present to Park Health before attending any of our rides, slides and attractions to determine specific ride suitability.
  • Further specific restrictions may be displayed throughout the park via signage announcements and or staff communication, you must obey these.

WhiteWater World Specifically;

  • We recommend that you wear appropriate footwear, swimwear and clothing at all times for your safety.
  • We ask that swimmers shower before entering the water.
  • Children should be toileted prior to entering the pool and regularly whilst swimming.
  • Children under the age of 3 must wear swimming nappies or tight bathers that will contain any faecal accidents, board shorts or loose clothing are not permitted.
  • People who have had diarrhoea within the last 48 hours must not enter the water.
  • Lifeguards and/or team members cannot supervise children. Adults/carers must actively supervise the children they are responsible for and comply with Royal Life Saving Australia Keep Watch guidelines.   • Royal Life Saving Australia recommends that children under the age of 10 be under the supervision of a person 16 years or older.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • There are inherent risks in the participation in or on an amusement ride, waterslide, device, attraction or the interaction with animals. You, by your participation, accept the inherent risks of which a prudent person is or should be aware of. You should consider this participation an exercise in good judgement and act in a responsible manner while using the facility.
  • Adults / carers are responsible for persons under their supervision.
  • You must act with good judgement and consideration, both for yourself and others, and refrain from behaviour which could affect your safety, the safety of others, the safety of the amusement ride, waterslide, device, attraction, or the safety of the animals.
  • You must obey all reasonable written and verbal instructions and warnings, given by The Company and its staff including the Lifeguards or Operators of any amusement ride, waterslide, device, attraction or animal handlers, without objection.
  • You must use, as instructed, all safety equipment provided when participating in any amusement ride, device or attraction.
  • You are responsible for your own personal property. Lockers are available.
  • Lockers are available for hire. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
  • The Company takes all reasonable steps to provide you with a safe and enjoyable park. However, The Company will not be liable for any person in respect of the loss of life or personal injury to, any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any person’s negligence (including the negligence of The Company) or otherwise.
  • In these Conditions of Entry, The Company includes the owner and operator of Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and all employed staff.

 


ADMISSION PRODUCTS

ALL TICKETS

  • Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. All tickets are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party for re-sale and will be cancelled without refund if used by anyone else. (Special circumstances may be reviewed under Management discretion.)
  • Government issued Seniors card must be provided on entry.
  • For website purchases, after completing your purchase you will gain access to an online page confirming your order. You will also receive 2 emails including your invoice and your E-tickets. Please print your E-ticket and present, as per instructions on the ticket. Alternatively, your E-ticket may be presented on a mobile device.
  • Entry is granted by presenting, a printed E-ticket or displayed on a mobile device, a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the ticket. If this credit card is unavailable, another credit card is required for security.
  • Children (0-2 years) receive free admission to Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint Observation Deck. Once your child turns 3, they will require a ticket or pass to accompany you into the parks or Observation Deck.
  • Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint reserve the right to close rides and attractions as required.
  • Unless expressly stated to the contrary tickets do not include access to special events conducted outside of advertised park trading hours including, but not limited to, Dreamworld and WhiteWater World night events
  • Does not include experiences and attractions that are not included in entry price.
  • Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint visitor numbers are capped to prevent overcrowding. Entry is on a first come, first served basis. When park reaches capacity we cannot permit further entries.

1 DAY TICKETS

  • Ticket includes 1 Day Entry into Dreamworld, including WhiteWater World, on the same day.
  • Tickets are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
  • All tickets are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash.
  • Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers.
  • Pass expiry extensions or refunds because of limited visitation, suspension, show cancellations, park or ride/attraction closure will not be granted. (Special circumstances may be reviewed under Management discretion.)

3 & 7 DAY TICKETS

  • 3 Day tickets entitle the bearer to flexible entry to Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint for a period of 3 consecutive days from the first day of entry.
  • Tickets are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
  • SkyPoint Observation Deck is a licenced venue and management reserves the right to restrict entry to persons under the age of 18 years on Friday & Saturday evenings after 8pm.
  • All tickets are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash.
  • Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers.
  • Lost or stolen passes cannot be replaced.
  • Each ticket must be signed and a valid ID presented for each return entry

ANNUAL PASS

  • An Annual Pass entitles the bearer to flexible entry to Dreamworld, WhiteWater World & SkyPoint Observation Deck until the expiry date listed on the pass.
  • Bonus Month benefit is exclusive to annual passes purchased online at www.dreamworld.com.au only.
  • SkyPoint Observation Deck is a licenced venue and management reserves the right to restrict entry to persons under the age of 18 years on Friday & Saturday evenings after 8pm.
  • Excludes entry to ticketed special events unless stated otherwise.
  • SkyPoint Observation Deck is subject to altered trading hours and deck closures for private events.
  • Pass is not transferable and cannot be given to anyone else to use.
  • Lost or stolen passes will incur a $5 reprint fee at time of issue.
  • No upgrades available.
  • Passholder Offers are only available upon presentation of a valid current pass.
  • By purchasing online, each Passholder agrees to be contacted by Dreamworld with information regarding their pass and associated benefits. Passholders may unsubscribe at any time by contacting Dreamworld or using the unsubscribe option on the received emails. Passholders who unsubscribe will not receive any further communication, including information regarding Passholder benefits, exclusive offer, Passholder events, give-aways or renewal offers.
  • Children (0-2 years) receive free admission to Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint Observation Deck. Once your child turns 3, they will require a ticket or pass to accompany you into the parks or Observation Deck.
  • 50% off entry can only be redeemed once at Dreamworld /WhiteWater World and once at SkyPoint Observation Deck during the lifetime of the pass.
  • Discounts are only valid on full price sales and exclude already discounted entry, merchandise or food and beverages items. Retail discount excludes LEGO Store.

1 DAY TICKETS - WHITEWATER WORLD ONLY

  • Ticket includes 1 Day Entry into WhiteWater World on the same day.
  • Tickets are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
  • All tickets are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash.
  • Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers.

REFUNDS

  • Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint products are non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash and will be cancelled without refund if used by anyone else.
  • Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint products cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers and will be cancelled without refund if used by anyone else.

PRODUCT VALIDITY RELATED TO COVID-19 (2020) CLOSURE

  • Annual Passes purchased prior to 23.03.2020 that were valid on or after 23.03.2020 are entitled to a validity extension based on Dreamworld’s number of closure days, plus one additional month. Where our Parks re-open and interstate/international border restrictions remain in place, ticket and pass validity will be further extended by any additional days that the QLD borders remain closed for guests located interstate and internationally.  
  • 1 and 3 Day Tickets purchased prior to 23.03.2020 that were valid on or after 23.03.2020 are entitled to a validity extension until 31.03.2021.
  • Dreamworld Animal Experience or Cabanas booked during Dreamworld and WhiteWater World’s closure are entitled to be re-booked prior to 31.03.2021, subject to availability.

SPECIAL EVENTS

PARK AFTER DARK

  • Entry is subject to acceptance of all conditions.
  • Shows and ride availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Park After Dark is separately ticketed, with limited admissions/redemptions available. Park After Dark tickets do not entitle ticket holders to day admission to the park
  • Tickets are not redeemable for cash and are not valid after the displayed date. An extension to the validity period will not be granted. (Special circumstances may be reviewed under Management discretion.)
  • Event tickets are capped to prevent overcrowding and may sell out in advance.   
  • Ticket is only valid for entry during stated Park After Dark event date and time No refunds will be offered unless the PAD is cancelled by Dreamworld or if required by law.
  • Admission price includes entry, selected rides, shows and attractions operated on the night of the event, but does not include Ride Express, skill games, souvenir photographs, merchandise, food and drinks. 
  • Park After Dark events may contain dynamic lighting, audio and visual effects, including strobe lighting and smoke effects.  Effects may not be suitable for guests with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities. Please check suitability with Guest Services before attending the event.
  • Pass-outs during the event will not be accommodated – if you exit the park, you won’t be permitted to re-enter. Dreamworld reserve the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice and reserve the right to close rides/attractions as required.

SPECIAL EVENTS:

(EXCLUDING PARK AFTER DARK)

  • Event Entry can ONLY be granted on presentation of your Ticket. You may be required to provide a valid photo ID and the Credit Card used in purchase for verification at front entry. If this is unavailable, another credit card is required for security. Tickets are not redeemable for cash, not valid after the displayed date.
  • Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
  • Age restrictions to some events will apply. ID required for all guests over the age of 18 years.
  • Ticket prices will vary for different events. All Prices include GST.
  • Tickets will not be available for purchase at the door on the night. Numbers to events are limited and bookings are essential.
  • No discounts offered to Annual Pass Holders, Pensioners and Concession Card Holders.
  • The entry price covers entry to the event on the specified date only and is only valid between the times noted on your entry ticket.
  • No Food or Beverage may be brought onto Dreamworld, WhiteWater World or SkyPoint's premises during an event.
  • Management reserves the right to inspect bags on entry and exit, and to refuse entry or remove guests for failure to comply with any condition of entry.
  • Attire considered to be offensive and unsuitable will be refused entry on the night.
  • All events will run as scheduled in the event of wet weather; venue/ride & attraction changes may apply.
  • Dreamworld and SkyPoint reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice and adjust operating hours and/or change the venue, attractions and animal encounters without prior notice.

EXTRAS AND ADD-ONS

DREAMPIX PHOTO PASS

  • Valid on ride, roving and character photos only. Excludes wildlife experiences and promotional/seasonal attractions.
  • Does not include entry into Dreamworld and/or WhiteWater World.
  • Photo pass card will be active from date of collection.
  • Annual or Season pass must be presented when using the Annual Photo pass card.
  • Dreamworld reserves the right to refuse any image to be added to a Photo pass card if deemed to be rude, offensive or of a dangerous nature.
  • Photo pass card entitles holder to discounted prices for prints of any photos added to the pass. Photo pass card entitles holder to exclusive offers at Old-time and Koala photos. No further discounts apply to Photo pass card products.
  • All images added to any Photo pass card will expire if not claimed within 30 days of being added.
  • No refunds or exchanges Photo pass cards are not transferable or replaceable.

CABANAS

  • Maximum of six (6) guests per Cabana or twelve (12) guest for Ultimate Cabanas.
  • Branded key provided to guest per cabana hire; key to be returned to Guest Services upon departure as ‘check-out’ of Cabana.
  • No discount applicable to Passholders.
  • Entry to Dreamworld and WhiteWater World is not included in Cabana hire.
  • Booking is only valid for the nominated day. Bookings are non-transferable. Cancellation fee is 100%.

RIDE EXPRESS

  • Pricing is on a per person basis.
  • Valid for use on selected Dreamworld rides only.
  • Height and safety restrictions apply on all rides.
  • Ride Express does not guarantee preference of seat.
  • Ride Express users must arrive on or after your ride time allocation. Please do not arrive early.
  • Ride Express is only valid during normal operating hours.
  • Ride Express access is only valid for account holder.
  • Dreamworld reserves the right to cancel any Ride Express account where it has been determined the account holder has not followed product's conditions.
