As a Theme Park Employee – Commercial, you'll help create amazing guest experiences across Dreamworld's food, beverage and retail outlets. From serving meals and coffees to helping guests find the perfect souvenir, you'll be part of the moments that make a visit extra memorable.

Guest service and commercial operations

Provide exceptional guest service by assisting with purchases, sharing product knowledge, and processing transactions accurately, while creating opportunities to enhance the guest experience through recommendations and upselling.

Food and beverage operations

Preparing and serving food and beverages while maintaining quality, consistency, and portion control and ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards across all kitchen operations.

Retail operations and merchandising

Maintaining stock levels, pricing accuracy, and merchandise presentation to create an organised, visually appealing retail environment and enhance the guest experience.

Outlet presentation and compliance

Maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented food, beverage, and retail outlets while supporting operational readiness, reporting issues, and assisting with end-of-day pack-down procedures.

The role operates within a busy and fast paced theme park environment across Food & Beverage and Retail outlets. Team members support high-volume guest operations while maintaining presentation, service, hygiene, and operational standards.

Indoor/outdoor requirements

Working across a variety of indoor and outdoor food, beverage, and retail outlets, this role operates in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment and involves regular movement across the park in varying weather and operational conditions.

Physical demands

Requires standing and walking for extended periods, completing a variety of physical and repetitive tasks, including food preparation, cleaning, merchandising, and stock handling. It also involves operating POS systems, maintaining presentation standards, and using strong communication and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires flexibility to work across multiple outlets on a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and peak trading periods, with varying shift times to support operational demands.
