Are there discounts on Dreamworld tickets?

Discount Admission ticket validity includes AUS & NZ equivalent Government issued Cards; Australian & NZ equivalent Government issued Disability Pension Card (DSP). Card must be presented upon entry for discount. Australian & NZ equivalent Government issued Seniors Card (AGE). Card must be presented upon entry for discount. Australian & NZ equivalent Government Carers Card (CAR). Carer discount will be accepted upon entry when accompanying a disabled card holder.

Do Dreamworld tickets include entry to WhiteWater World?

Can I upgrade my Dreamworld ticket to an annual pass?

Yes, you can upgrade to an annual pass and enjoy a full year of visits! Please visit Guest Services in park or contact us on 07 5588 1111 to upgrade.

What is the refund policy for Dreamworld tickets?

Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint products and services are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash and will be cancelled without refund if used by anyone else. Refunds on Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint products and services are only available in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and will not be granted for change of mind. Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint products and services cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers and will be cancelled without refund if used by anyone else.
